The HVAC integration module differs between the 400-square-foot studio layout and the 600-plus-square-foot one-bedroom; the studio runs a single-zone Mitsubishi compressor with a Dvele-specific control harness, while the one-bedroom uses a dual-zone configuration with a larger relay bank. • The Dvele app shows “Unit Offline” but power is on at the breaker. This usually means the communication bridge has lost its cellular or Wi-Fi handshake. • Mini-split throws Error U4 or U5 and won’t reset through the app. The U4 code points to a failed signal between the indoor head and the Dvele control board; U5 means the board itself isn’t responding. Both require pulling the interior panel and testing voltage at the relay module.
• Leveling sensors read more than 0.25 inches out of plumb after high winds. Dvele units ship with adjustable structural piers, but the connection brackets at pier-to-frame can work loose.
